01The practice
Most buildings pass through three offices before they stand: the architect, the engineer and the interior designer. At ICON they pass through one, so what is drawn is what gets built.

Founded in 2010 by N.E.D. graduates, ICON is registered with PCATP, IAP and PEC. The team designs for cantonment boards, utilities, clubs and private clients, in Pakistan and the Gulf.

Brief & survey
We meet at our SMCHS office or on site, take the brief and survey the plot. You get a clear scope and fee in writing.

Concept & 3D
Two or three design options as plans and photoreal 3D views, so the whole family or board can decide together.

Engineering
Structure and services are designed with the architecture, and the BOQ is priced before anything is built.

Approvals
Submission sets are prepared and followed through the cantonment board, SBCA, KDA or DHA until approved.
05
Working drawings
Detailed drawings, schedules and tender documents, so contractors price and build exactly what was designed.
06
Site & handover
Regular site visits, quality checks at each stage and a final walkthrough before the keys change hands.
